What the guarantee covers
- Not making progress? We'll assign extra 1-on-1 tutor sessions at no cost until the material clicks.
- Still stuck after support? Retake the entire course with a later cohort, free of charge.
- Schedule stopped working? Defer to a later cohort without losing your tuition.
- Technical trouble on our side? Missed live sessions caused by our platform issues are always replaced or covered by recordings plus a tutor session.
What it doesn't cover
- Tuition for cohorts that started more than 14 days ago is non-refundable (the progress guarantee above still applies).
- Personal equipment problems — but we'll always help you troubleshoot, and we check equipment with you before you pay.
- Custom or private group programs follow the terms agreed in writing at enrollment.
How to claim support
- Get in touch. Email hello@silicon-valleys.com with your order number and a short description of where you're stuck.
- We respond. An advisor replies within 2 business days and books your tutor session or arranges your retake.
- Back on track. Most students resolve things within one or two extra sessions — no forms, no runaround.
