Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Silicon Valley (silicon-valleys.com), operated by Silicon Valley Technology Limited. By accessing the site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in a course. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your enrollment applies to that enrollment.

2. Course descriptions & pricing

We describe our courses and publish tuition prices in US Dollars (USD) as accurately as we can; every enrollment is charged in USD. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown when you enroll is the price you pay. Course content, schedules and instructors may be adjusted from time to time to improve the learning experience. If we discover a pricing error on your enrollment, we will contact you before your course starts to confirm or cancel.

3. Enrollment & payment

Submitting an enrollment request creates an offer to enroll. The enrollment is accepted when we confirm your course access. Payment is arranged offline by bank transfer: after you submit your enrollment, an advisor will contact you to confirm the details and arrange payment, and no charge is made online at any point. We may decline an enrollment where a cohort is full, pricing is clearly in error, or we suspect misuse.

4. Enrollment & course access

Once your bank transfer payment is confirmed, we activate your student account, typically within 1–2 business days, and email your class schedule and lesson access details. Full details are on our Enrollment & Course Access page.

5. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your enrollment being confirmed. Full conditions, procedures and exceptions are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Learning guarantee

All courses are covered by the learning guarantee described on our Learning Guarantee page, including free retakes and additional 1-on-1 support where you are not making progress. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

7. Group & corporate enrollments

Businesses, clubs and other groups can request custom programs and group enrollment terms by contacting hello@silicon-valleys.com. Written quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Silicon Valley Technology Limited and may not be reused without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an enrollment is limited to the tuition you paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury or death caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded.

11. Governing law & contact
