This Privacy Policy explains how Silicon Valley Technology Limited ("we", "us", "our"), operating Silicon Valley at silicon-valleys.com, collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you use our website, submit a service request, or engage us to manage advertising campaigns on your behalf.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address and a securely hashed password when you register a client account.
• Request & billing data: contact name, email, phone number, billing address, company details and bank transfer references. We do not collect card numbers on this site — payment is completed by bank transfer after a consultant confirms your scope.
• Advertising account data: the access credentials you grant to your Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, analytics and tag-manager accounts, plus campaign structure, budgets, bids, search terms, audience segments and creative assets.
• Performance & conversion data: impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend and the aggregated audience metrics reported by the ad platforms.
• Technical data: session identifiers used to keep your service request and login working between pages, and standard server logs.

2. How we use your information

• To confirm scope, invoice, and start and run your advertising campaigns.
• To build, test and optimise keywords, audiences, bids, budgets and creative.
• To measure and report performance to you, and to reconcile our numbers against the ad platforms.
• To provide client support, service-level monitoring and account audits.
• To maintain your client account, request history and document trail.
• To send essential messages about your engagement. We do not send marketing without your consent, and we never use your data to advertise to your customers.

3. Our role vs. yours

For personal data contained in your own ad accounts — customer lists, website visitor data captured by your pixels, offline conversion uploads — you are the controller and we act as your processor: we use it only to run and report on your campaigns, never to serve our own or another client's advertising, and we delete or return it when the engagement ends. For data you give us about your business contact, and for data we collect on this website, we are the controller.

4. How we store & protect it

Your data is stored on secured servers with restricted, role-based access. Passwords are hashed with strong one-way algorithms and never stored in plain text. Ad platform credentials are held in an encrypted manager with per-account permissions, two-factor authentication, and access revoked immediately when a team member leaves your account. We retain engagement records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymise them. We never sell your personal or business information.

5. Cookies & pixels

This website uses a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember the services you have selected as you browse. It does not track you across other websites, and we run no third-party advertising or remarketing tags on silicon-valleys.com. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the request and account features will not work correctly if you do. Separately, pixels and conversion tags installed on your website as part of a campaign are governed by your own privacy notice and the consent you obtain from your visitors.

6. Sharing with service providers

We share only what is necessary to run your campaigns — principally with Google and Meta as the advertising platforms, and with reporting, analytics and file-storage providers acting on our instructions. These providers are contractually required to use the data solely for the service. We disclose information to authorities only where legally compelled, and we tell you unless prohibited.

7. Your rights

You may at any time:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete — request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Portability — receive your data, including campaign and performance records, in a structured, commonly used format.
• Object / withdraw consent — for any optional processing such as marketing.
