Yes. Our courses are designed for absolute beginners aged 40 and better. We start from the very basics, move at a relaxed pace, and every concept is explained in plain language. Most of our students had zero technical background when they enrolled — that's who we build these courses for.

Each course combines live online classes with lifetime access to lesson recordings. Sessions are small, so instructors can slow down when needed, and you can book patient 1-on-1 tutor sessions whenever you get stuck. You can replay any lesson as many times as you like.

It depends on your goal. For everyday confidence, start with our internet and AI essentials courses; if you want to build things, start with an introductory programming course. Not sure? Request a free enrollment consultation and an advisor will help you pick.

Just a computer (or tablet) with an internet connection and a modern web browser. No special software or technical background is required. If you're unsure whether your equipment is suitable, email hello@silicon-valleys.com and we'll check before you pay.

Submit your enrollment online — nothing is charged at that point. An advisor then emails you to confirm your course and schedule, and sends you bank transfer details. You complete the payment by bank transfer from your own bank, and your course access is activated once the payment is confirmed. There is no online payment and no card required.

An advisor contacts you within one business day of your enrollment request. After your bank transfer is confirmed — usually 1–2 business days — your student account and class schedule are activated. Full details are on our Enrollment & Course Access page.

You have a 14-day refund window from enrollment for a full refund, for any reason. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

Yes. You can move your tuition to another course at any time within the 14-day window — and afterwards, advisors can still help with course switches and deferrals on a case-by-case basis.
